Hey Florent, loved this piece! It gave me a sweet melancholy feel, like someone looking back on their life and being happy, but regretting not being able to accomplish some things. It had a sound that was vaguely familiar; like something I’ve heard before but I can’t place it. Kind of Debussy or Ravel maybe?

thanks a lot for your feedback, i think that all composer are influenced by great composer by the orchestration , the color or the way to write music, there is a lot of great color in debussy and ravel and in different great composition of great composer

This is a great piece. It actually makes me feel more hopeful and inspired instead of sad. Only with 5 chords! That’s great.

Thanks for sharing this!

I love this sound. Really well mixed and all instruments in balance. It shows your knowledge in the use of orchestral sounds.
It remenbers me “The morning” by Edvard Grieg. Very similar in instruments and feeling.
My problem is that it doesn’t sound really sad to me. :man_shrugging:
