Hi All - Created a new tone poem based on Shakespeare’s Hamlet; specifically the period between Hamlet’s dying wish for Fortibras’ ascension and Horatio’s lament “May Flights of Angels…”. Tried to build up a simple repetitive structure then release to IV-I (like a last breath). Instrumentation is Violins, Violas, Cello, Bass, Horns, Oboe and the ever alluring angel voice calling us home. Reading was done by Alan Tully from Ireland (https://www.fiverr.com/caolila1875) - He was such a joy to work with and has an amazing reading voice.
