I would like to share my experience with a software I’ve been prooving for the last days.
It is a software that modifies your screen light depending on the hour, so by night it becames warmer and during the day is keeps brighter. Completely custom.
It is suposed that it helps you to sleep better also.
In my case, i’m really feelling my eyes less tired, although i am spending many hours in my computer lately. That’s why I’m sharing.

Just upgraded my 22" monitor to 32" and I had a lot of issues with white balance (or whatever you call it). Have been using this since morning and I can already see/feel the difference.
I can’t remember where I first heard about f.lux; I tried it and have been using it for a couple years now. It’s great for long sessions.
