I found this great article by a video game developer, and their perspective on composers looking to work with them. I think it can be a very mind opening read for all of you in this community, check it out!
Nice. Kind of the way I was told to pitch to music libraries as well; short, to the point with your music samples. Also read Winifred Philips’ book, which was real interesting. She talks a lot about the psychology of video game playing and how that ties in with the music one should write for any particular game. Now, I need to stock up my portfolio with more tracks!
