Changing tempo to adapt

I’m using Logic Pro X. At the end of a song I’ve written the tempo is suppose to slow down while saying the last words. Is there a way to shift to adaptive mode? The tempo is 70bpm in the song and then slows considerably for the last 5 words (almost as if spoken but in key). Not sure I’m making a lot of sense. Hope there is a solution.
